CURRENCY and EXCHANGE
All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. If applicable, the exchange rate you will pay is determined by your credit card.
American customers are responsible for all respective taxes and import duties levied.
TAXES
Canadian customers will be charged HST/PST according to their provincial rate.
RETURNS and REPAIRS
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You have 30 days where we trust you will fall in love with your pieces. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied please refer to the following guidelines:
Once inspected, we will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in its original, unused condition withing 30 days. Please include all original documentation received with purchase, for refund or credit, less shipping costs.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
All sales are final on customized pieces, special orders, items damaged in return freight, and discounted items. This includes all items purchased with a discount code (excluding VIP welcome code).
Roset reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns, exchanges or repairs.
We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase.
In addition to our in store warranty, specific product warranty is outlined by brand under Brand Warranty.
